The smell in the park is awful, the food is way too expensive. We were in the park for approximately 2 hours when it was closed due to inclement weather , in cases like these a rain check should have been offered, there was about 10 people in our group, so we just actually gave about $300 away. what a... We had a total of 25 family members, from age 2 to 42, and everyone had a blast. The slide were a bit intense but so much fun. We will be revisiting the park again and I strongly recommend for everyone to visit at least once.

This water park is relatively large with ample shaded seating for all over the park! My children loved this place and so did I!

We enjoyed out trip to this park very much--lines were somewhat long, but the park was clean, the locker rentals were not outrageous, and we had a great time. Of note: wear water shoes--the cement will burn your feet.

Spent a day at Hurricane Harbour with my family and had a great time. Reasonably priced considering the number of different ways of playing in the water. Food was typical of an amusement park but actually got a lot to eat for the price. Although it looked crowded judging by the parking lot there is plenty of room and the... More

The park smelled really bad. The trash cans smelled terrible & the people did too. The park was dirty overall. The water looked dirty & the lounge chairs were gross too. The park closed the rides down at 2pm on a Saturday due to severe weather approaching. We had been at the park for 2 hours by this time and... More

I currently hold season passes and I will purchase them next season. They are definitely worth the price. Although I am happy with the purchase I will let family with small children know it may not be the funnest for small children. They only have a small pirate ship and slides but parents can not ride with the kids so... More

From out of town and forgot to get closing hours. I would have thought the people at Gate would have let guest know we only have about an 1hr. or so before closing count down. I was not really upset but upset ay my self for driving 3 hours to come and only got time to spend another $130 for... More

I've taken my kids to Dallas to visit my sister each summer for several years. We always visit Hurricane Harbor when we come. While it is still fun, I've noticed a decline in appearance and cleanliness. Many years ago the landscaping was immaculate, with a sprinkler system to keep everything green and all the rides, buildings, and walkways, etc., were... More
