A bit smaller than we expected but great for what we paid. Most of the animals were asleep. Beautiful tiger and python. Play ground was a plus. We went through the entire zoo in... read more

I enjoy seeing animals that are safely housed, and well fed. These are, and I am told the zoo keepers feed them only what each animal is supposed to eat.

Maybe it's because we're used to the Ft Worth and Dallas zoos, but this is more like a petting zoo. Almost all the animals are farm animals. A long horn, goats, donkeys, diary cows, raccoons, jack rabbits, and antelope. There are a few tigers, lions, and some monkeys that have NEVER been out of their little building so you can... More

It's a good price. But it's very small and we walked around and saw all the animals in less than 1 hr. I can't say that I will go back however.

We were passing through town with my 1 1/2 yr old grandson and heard this was a nice place to visit. I was disappointed in the animal selections. We went on a cool day when the animals are more active. Very few exhibits were open and had animals out. We got to see the lions and tigers which were cool... More

This is a bigZoo and you can' t see everything in a couple of hours. We were surprised that it was so large and we didn't have more time to spend seeing everything.

Not much to see here. Lions and tigers and bears are OK, but they won't be walking around in the heat of summer. Other specimens are horses and deer which you can see from any road in Texas.

Nice zoo. Great price. Lions and tigers are worth the visit. It will take about an hour to cover the entire zoo. Would go again.
