As a member of the Science Center and a local science teacher, I enjoy having a granddaughter to experience this with. They have some really good collections and when we went this last time, there was a National Geographic special event display for the summer. This is a great place for kids and anyone with kids. This place is amazing. There are so many different things to do and to learn about for kids of all ages. Hands on exhibits enhance the learning experience. They even have a seismometer!

Great experience for kids to play, have lots of fun, and learn different things. Ever so often they have special events at low rates.

Thought it could be a little more interactive. For example, sign says to 'talk' to weatherman but you just press a button and it plays a recording. Some exhibits didn't work. It's a small center so you can get through pretty quickly and better for younger children.

Couldn't even see the exhibits there was too many people there. The really need to have limit to field trips and such if they have too many then don't let the public pay to be run down and pushed around.

We went with our friends and their children. Fun for young ones. Lots of things that they can learn and interact with. Really liked the Mack Truck exhibit and when you play weatherman. Small but a very good time. Chicken fingers at the food court were really good.

Many schools & home schooled children come here during the school year. It's geared more towards younger & mid-age children. I wouldn't recommend it for high schools so much They change their exhibits on a somewhat regular basis & have some old originals still in place. There's also learning labs the children in school groups take place & a teacher... More

My child loved all the hands on activities in the center. I even learned a lot for myself. This helps children to understand just what science is and may plant the seed for them to explore scientific fields.

Nice hands-on activity for the kids. Mine are ages 15 & 11 and they both had fun. We were there for hours.

Nice day out but you will not be here too long. Our kids were ages 5 and 8 when we visited. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would recommend.
