An incredibly interesting and educational museum for adults and children alike. Exhibits change frequently and are interactive. Our grandchildren have spent hours there each time they have visited and have also enjoyed spending a lot of time in the gift shop!

This place is not a huge science museum like you would find in larger cities...it is however chock full of hands on experiments and activities. We took our 5 year old son there and as any 5 year old will do, we skipped along and stopped when he was intrigued. His attention span can dwindle quickly at times, but we... More

No matter whether you take a young child or teenager they will find something to love, and so will you. They do have a changing exhibit every few months to keep things interesting. Make sure to go into the shadow room!!

We visited this science museum regularly as homeschoolers. It is smaller than tier-one institutions like the Franklin Institute but it has a good permanent collection and gets interesting traveling exhibits quite regularly. It also offers classes and other community resources that are excellent for homeschoolers looking to supplement their science education.

Experience simple to understand ways of how science and discovery of living things all over the world and below the seas help to understand how all of us live with each other. And need each other!

Although small, it is great for kids, especially in the 6-10 age range. Workshops are the best! We live locally and go about once a year,

I have been here 3x with my girl scout troop. We all love the interactive exhibits. On certain events they even get to sleep over! While not many of the exhibits change, the educational themes are changed and the troop earns different badges. Location is easy to get to. Parking is good. Building is clean. Staff are friendly. Vending machines... More

Had a wonderful visit. It is great for kids (mine are 5 and 7). The kids don't even know they are learning. Everything is interactive and engaging. The price is also right. If you are in the area or want to make a special trip, this is the place.

Really interesting for families with young kids. You can spend some quality time together. Big kids will get bored quickly.
