I love this museum. It's the right size to feel like you're experiencing art, culture, heritage, and fun. It's also great for kids, esp. on Sundays when there's free admission, and a Crayola themed event for the kiddos. There's always some type of special exhibit, and if your little ones like animals, there's a whole section related to animal painting,... More

A great thing to do on a rainy day (or any other time). It has a respectable collection from all different periods, including a Frank Lloyd Wright room. Their temporary exhibits are always interesting A few months ago we went to a Toulouse Lautrec exhbit. Yesterday we went to an exhibit of American Wildlife Art with many of Audubon's prints.... More

Reasonable price, quiet and not busy. you are able to look at your leisure and not feel rushed. The extra exhibits are nice too.

Really exciting to see the original drawings and posters stamped and signed by the artist and to learn about his life in a moving video presentation. Allentown Art Museum was alway fascinating but this last exhibit (shown only in a few cities in the US) impressed me with its cultural importance and brought tears to my eyes as I stood... More

It's worth a trip just to see the Frank Lloyd Wright designed library that is part of the permanent exhibit. They also hvae some Bertoia sculptures. The current special exhibit is Toulouse Lautrec. The previous one was flapper fashions and Haitian art. Very nice. Sunday is family day and there are activities for children and i believe admission is free.... More

This is a really wonderful museum. Their permanent collections are interesting and they do a surpeb job with special exhibits. The current Toulouse-Latrec exhibit is great, particularly if you attend the French Friday tour with a museum employee.
