Stoudtburg Village is a very cute, nice place but don't expect too much. We visited this place in September, and although I really like the concept of this place, it was pretty much like a dead town. Several nice little stores, but otherwise it's not that attractive. Perhaps it'd be worth to visit this place when there's a festival going... More

Great appearance but a pain to park, and rarely are many of the shops open. If you are at Black Angus it is only a short walk over. Sometimes they have festivals and they would be worth a stop.

Wonderful arts and crafts festival in a cute location!!! Family friendly with vendors offering handmade crafts including jewelry, glassworks, wooden décor, crochet, little girls accessories and so much more!!! Also there is food and drinks available for purchase from The Village Haus Tavern which is great! Free parking and lot size can accommodate tour size buses and location is handicap... More

It was a delightful idea. Create a European style village with charming shops, ambiance and culture that will draw in a crowd! Unfortunately everytime I have gone there it is dead. We went to a candelight 'festival' that fell way below expectations. Even with a group of 15, we felt like we were swallowed by the silence and emptiness of... More

Only 6 shops open. The vendors were great-very nice, but if you are expecting lots of European shops you will be as disappointed as we were.

We took a chance on this place despite all of the reviews on here. Well, I can tell you they are fairly accurate. Allow me to shed some light on the situation. Apparently the gentleman who owns Stoudt's Brewery right next door, purchased this land with the intention of recreating a German village, even going as far as sending a... More

There on a Saturday around lunch time, and 3 stores were open. They weren't near each other, so we had to walk through the empty streets to see if we could find anything going on. There was a fabulous cupcake store there, but I didn't drive to a recreated German village for a fancy cupcake. I've been here a few... More

Yes it looks like a German village. But thats about it as they try and get people to buy homes there. But have made no effort to get stores anyone wants to visit. There is a large antique market out front but they are a dime a dozen in this area. The whole place takes about 15 minutes to walk... More

I had picked up a brochure about Stoudburg Village on a previous trip through the area. The village was depicted as a quaint replica of a German town-center, and looked nice on paper. When I went to their web-site to plan our most recent weekend trip, I read that they have a Christkindlemarket on the property during the first 3... More

What a cute place to visit! This reminds me of a little German village because of all the charming colorful buildings and how they are placed. It takes about 10 minutes to walk through the village without stopping at any of the shops. The one shop I visited was the cupcake shop. Since it was very small there were about... More
