Located next door to the hotel, the spa serves our guests and locals alike as a downtown oasis. Our team of experienced therapists and technicians use natural products that are biodynamically farmed, organic and many a time, local. Just as hotel’s restaurant Larks celebrates food fresh from the farms, the spa utilizes products with ingredients inspired and energized by nature. The same popular herbs showcased in our hotel, and infused into Larks dishes now bring their healing and medicinal properties and benefits to the spa products. Our full service spa offers a variety of treatments to best suit your needs. Our menus include a variety of rejuvenating massages, facials, Ayurvedic treatments, body wraps, soaks and more. Spa’s comfortable surroundings include Duet Suite, Japanese Ofuro soaking tub, steam and sauna, Vichy Shower, and other. Product lines include: Ilike Skincare, Jurlique, Applegate Botanicals, Buddha Blends. « less

John Paul and Steve are awesome-- I didn't feel rushed -- but rather luxurious and pampered. I had a body scrub and then 90minute massage. I high recommend either of them if you want an thorough and competent massage and/or treatment. I will be back fellas!!

I see others have had a problem with the soaking tub (besides paying $37 to sit in a tub for 30 minutes!). But mine had a twist. Turned on cold water but scorching water came out instead. My husband was with me and confirmed I had used the cold water handle. I scalded my breast and understandably cut our visit... More

We always book a couples massage here when we're in Ashland. Walk up the stairs and enter a wonderland of old world pampering. Start with a soak in epsom salt waters sipping a glass of champagne before heading to the next room for one of the best massages we've ever found, after that float down the hall for a steam... More

I love the old fashioned interior, like stepping back into time. The locker room was very clean and comfortable. The Duet Suite was nice, but would have been more comfortable if it had been a little more private. (The tub room was open at the ceiling to the hallway so there was little privacy for talking...) Our massage therapists, Marsha... More

I had the ~90 minute facial with Elizabeth. She was soft-spoken and informative. She did not push the products but was happy to go into detail about what she was applying when asked. I often come away from facials saying why did I spend the money, but not this time. My skin feels softer and clearer (I had the chocolate... More

Both my wife and I had a very nice massage at Waterstone. We both thought it was one of the best massages each of us had ever received. The Spa is very clean, smells good, well equipped locker room. Staff is friendly, professional and well trained.

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves during our Shakespeare weekend and found the Waterstone Spa. We both got sugar scrubs: starting with a 30 minute soak, then the scrub, then your choice - she got a massage and I got a facial. We both had great experiences; the attendants were accommodating, and the hostess was very helpful. We... More

Almost fainted in Japanese soaking tub.My friend had to run for the receptionist. Later, I found that I was not the first person this had happened to! There was no sign how to operate any of the controls even though previous patrons had requested one.

I loved the massage therapists, they were always very good at what they do, I loved the atmosphere and sent my clients to them all the time. (I am a hairdresser) I paid each year to be a member there. I bought two gift certificates for my husband, I think about $160 worth. My Dad got Cancer and while he... More

A good place to get spa services when staying at the Ashland Springs Hotel (just across the street). Similar boutique-luxe vibe to the iconic ASH, too (trippy palm-leaf ceiling fan in the entry that I swear I have to have!). Always nice to have a spa day to chill out when you're on holiday.
