My child loved it; we spent the whole day! Exhibits are great; especially the dinosaurs...although they look and sound so real, they can be a little scary for kids. Be careful with bubbles in bubble room as soap stings kids eyes when they get on hands and don't wash off. The climbing play structure outside was a total hit. Bring... More

This is hands down among the best children's museums in Northern California/Oregon. I loved the hands on and the dark room (strobes light.) The bubble room, as at any museum, was a huge hit! Their bubble mix was perfect! The dinosaur exhibit was amazing. Lots of hands on, plan to spend at least a few hours.

I took two 3 year olds for an adventure at Scienceworks, and we had a great time. It was busy with many patrons but we could always find space to explore something or play. Special area for younger children to play and safe. Many, many hands on things to do.

All the displays are hands-on, so if your kid isn't ready for that, then there's not much for both of you to do.

This interactive hands-on science museum is a good outing for toddlers through middle school. Science principles are demonstrated through all kinds of exhibits children can manipulate. Kids just think it's fun, but local schools use the museum to enhance their science programs so you know it's more than fluff and games.

I had my son's 3rd birthday here and it was so fun for everyone. We rented a party room for 2 hours (very reasonable cost) and brought snacks and a cake. It was so nice to have everyone entertained the whole time. I will totally book birthdays there in the future! There's just so much to do for all ages... More

I went with a very curious 3 yr old. The mix of exhibits was good and held their attention. If you're going with a young child, get there early. The main exhibits get a little chaotic with older kids as the day goes on. If you've been to many science museums in bigger cities, you will find many of these... More

As spoken by my nine year old. This is a great place to take the kids. Scienceworks is entertaining and can be very educational. The interactive exhibits are great at demonstrating many of the basic principles of science. They are interesting and fun for for the kids and adults. Many exhibits are fun to just play with for the kids... More

This is a fun spot to take even the toddlers. Lots of stuff to look at and touch. Inexpensive and a great, educational way to spend a few hours.
