The Scienceworks Hands On Museum is a great place for kids to learn about science. There are many displays and gadgets to try out to see how and why they work. It's fun for children of all ages, and lots of interesting things for adults to enjoy as well.

My son is 6 and enjoyed this museum so much. Went on a Monday afternoon and it was quiet which let us take our time at every exhibit. Highly recommend this museum!!!

Always a fun time for the kids and adults. Exhibits change often. Be prepared to get soapy, dirty, and have lots of fun.

We came across ScienceWorks when we were trying to think of where to visit in Ashland. That was where we found ScienceWorks. What I liked about ScienceWorks was that it was hands on. That means I got to touch everything. And whatever was there, I found it fascinating. @ the entrance, there was a time period climbing wall, where the... More

You can see the speed of your baseball pitch, pull yourself up on a set of pulleys, see the patterns of iron shavings in... More

This museum has several rooms. When we took our three year old, we didn't even make it to all of them (he was having a bad day). But the ones we went into were great, and he had a lot of fun with the potter's wheel covered in sand, the spinner, the bubble room, etc. We will go back, without... More

When my three-year-old great-grandson came to visit last summer we took him to Science Works. We weren't sure he was old enough to enjoy the museum, but no worries. He was enthralled by many different options and we were particularly pleased to see that children of all ages from preschool to high school were engaged and participating. We also appreciated...
