fabulous walk to this gate, with lots to read about the old Bodrum, totally free to walk around, and good views over Bodrum

The Myndos gate site was restored and cleaned up some time ago and is still kept very tidy. It makes a very good visit for guests not up to longer more strenuous sites.

We like Bodrum. It's a very cosmopolitan tourist sea-port, and very pleasant to explore. Plenty of good shops and restaurants to choose from. Crowded and noisy at times, but I enjoyed being there. this was a stop on the seway tour .Lovely historic place to visit.Brilliant views of Bodrum and Gumbet

You need a good imagination to see what the walls and gate would have been like when first built, and unless you are staying nearby it really isn't worth the effort.

Long walk from the town centre and little to see. Free - but the only thing to see is 2 piles or bricks. NoT worth the walk
