This is a nice place to unwind. My favorite part here is you will eat your buffet lunch while the people there will serenade you. The best part is you will be eating on the river, your feet on the water, and a sound of birds and man made waterfalls. We also did fishing and kayak. it is safe and... More

A truly magnificent get-away, Villa Escudero is a lovely tourist destination. With a waterfall, pool, carabao ride, and river, the scenery is relaxing, and the fare reasonable. I enjoyed paddling on the bamboo raft river, and swimming in the pool. And as always in February, the spectacular weather made for ample enjoyment of the outdoors. Visit the museum if you... More

Together with some of my college friends and classmates, we held our 40th class reunion at Villa Escudero. The place is at the boundary of Laguna and Quezon provinces. The atmosphere is so native that a lot of tourists come to see/visit this place. The entrance fee is $1,400 per person all inclusive for a day trip; the museum is... More

My friend and I went here for a day tour and we had such a great time. We were welcomed by the serenade group and while at the "karosa" they are still singing until we arrived at the main hall. We had delicious lunch at these tables over water at the waterfalls and the same waiter who served us invited... More

Day tour with family. The best attraction is the buffet lunch at the bottom of the man-made dam water fall, except that it got rained so we were hastily transferred at the covered dining hall at the top. The 'balsa' ride on the dam lake was fun though. A good getaway place for families and group.

We went for a day tour, but unfortunately we arrived after 2pm and missed the lunch by the waterfall. We ended up having lunch at the Pavillion. The best part of our trip was the tour of the museum. To learn more about our trip to Villa Escudero please visit www.nztravellers.com

The price is 1450 php Friday to Sunday and 1250 php for the rest of the days. You will be greeted with gulaman juice. Then escorted to carabao carriage.while moving... More

Tucked in the foot of the Sierra Madre Mountains, this nice Hacienda offers not just a stunning view of the countryside but also the spectacular food they serve during lunch time.

Having a traditional Philippino buffet at the foot of a waterfall was the highlight of a relaxing day on a coconut plantation in Quezon province south of Manila. Also included was a buffalo cart ride as well as swimming, boating, fishing and an informative trip to the museum. All in all a nice relaxing day spent. Perhaps a bit pricey... More

From Manila, we drove there for 3 hrs, somehow waze provided a different route due to traffic in Laguna, we went through a lot of small roads where only tricycle pass by. We arrived there at 12 noon for a day tour first since we want to weigh first if an overnight stay is worth the price as 6.8k is... More
