Went here w/ family members --- senior citizens. :) We did the day tour package. I tagged along to take fotos. Lunch is good. Buffet style. Served pinoy favorites. Dine near the dam falls. A bit slippery so be careful. I suggest bring slippers. If you are not comfortable w/ tje water... They have a dining area overlooking the dam... More

I have been to Villa Escudero only once. It was an educational tour when I was a High School sophomore. I personally had a great time appreciating its natural scenic views and edifice, making you feel even prouder to be a Filipino. I was in a state of wonderment upon learning about their special interest activity which is rafting and... More

We did a day package of Villa Escudero which included the shrine visit, carabao ride, lunch by the Falls and the cultural dance show. We were off to a bit of a bumpy start as we had to flag down a tour guide to lead our shrine visit...felt a little abandoned there. Carabao ride was cute, such impressively strong creatures.... More

Our family of 3 adults and 3 kids went to Villa Escudero in summer of 2013. It was very accessible to public transportation. We took a Lucena-bound bus, and got off at the tricycle terminal (along the highway) going to Villa Escudero. Each tricycle is PhP50 to the reception hut, where we were given cold gulaman drink while we took... More

The three hour drive from manila is worth it !Clearly this ecotourist place is the result of love, hard work ,dedication and respect for nature. This is heaven for nature and historylovers. The plantation house ,the church, museum ,workers village and the impeccable landscaping is breathtaking. This place breathes harmony .The small hotel looks very romantic. The waterfall restaurant is a great idea for this weather. The food is good if relatively standard-fare buffet, and it gets quite crowded, but we had a good time. Take the bamboo raft and skip the cultural show, we used the time to go to a beach resort instead. The museum is really just a huge collectors dream come true... More

Upon arrival, the crew gave us free Gulaman and it was very refreshing coming from a 3-hour drive under the sun. After paying the cashier, we took a Carabao ride to our villas. Check-in starts at 11AM and check-out is at 10AM the next day. We paid P2500 each for the accomodation and buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We... More

Was here with my husband and my 15 months old baby. This is just a place far from Manila. The waterfall restaurant here is famous and that is why we decided to go here. The food was horrible. Not worth the 1250 Peso we paid per person for the entrance fees. Otherwise, nothing soo great about these place.

Like other theme parks, this one has its cheesey moments, but all was saved by the fantastic waterfalls restaurant. Picnic tables in the water at the foot of the man made falls. Good food and plenty of it! I recommend the balsa rafting on the lake too.
