I do not find Greenbelt to have the best shopping in Metro Manila - it is too dispersed, whereas Robinsons (Place) Mall in Perdro Gil Street, Ermita is better laid out. If you are planning to visit Manila, Philippines and would want to have a great night, then go to Greenbelt. It's the safest of all the place to go out at night with bars located in one mall "Greenbelt." It has several movie theaters on the second level.
