We stayed opposite MOA (mall of asia) and just at the back of MOA is Manila Bay which is very nice for a romantic walk at sunset. We were Easter Sunday so was a little bit busy but had a nice meal in the Uno Restaurant. Great sunset and there was a play on in the amphitheater about Jesus and... More

A bay that, once upon a time, used to be very, very beautiful - now full of rubbish floating and scams. Litters were everywhere, and locals were just trying to make the most money out of tourist. Well, at least the coconuts here were fantastic - if not for the coconuts, I wouldn't even give Manila Bay even a 2-star.

The Manila Bay Sunset never fails to satisfy and even impress. Alas, the proliferation of small bars and similar establishments along the baywalk can ruin an otherwise great sunset experience.

Sit on the cement board walk next to the US embassy and watch the sun go down. Hopefully the beggars do not disturb you too much. Nice view of sunset, but also poverty.

Whenever we visit Manila (we lived south of Manila), we make it a point to park by the reclaimed bay in order to view the 30 or so minutes spectacular Manila Bay sunset. For others they want to have a clear sky but what we experience may be the better one; a clear sky but with some clouds in the... More

I've stayed in many hotels by Manila Bay (The Diamond, G Hotel, Heritage, etc.). Manila Bay is nothing special. Get down to El Nido for a beautiful bay. The problem is that to see the bay you have to walk Roxas Blvd. This is a bit sketchy at night. Plus, it's dirty and wrought with homeless, I suppose, laying all... More

It was sunny during the day but in the afternoon when I took the Manila Bay cruise at 4:15p.m., it became cloudy and we failed to see the famous beautiful sunset of the bay. A boat personnel couldn't tell the best month to go to see the sunset. But my friends and I had fun taking pictures of each other... More

You can plan a stay along Roxas Boulevard so you can have a glance at the beautiful sunsets of Manila Bay. Its nice to walk by the bay near the breakwater and watch the sunset.

Watching this gave me a really sad experience about how quickly humans can destroy nature. A beautiful bay full of litters and rubbish floating, and locals tried to sell fake goods or tried to cheat me. Well, at least I gave it 2 star beacause the coconuts here were really, really good.
