I had a wonderful time when I went to Tutuban Mall . Most of the goods are made in China. One must haggle for a good price. Parking is hard to come by. Come Sept to December, parking is impossible . I checked out Michelle's Ribbon and Lace store to buy a dressmaker's mannequin for my daughter's project .

This one is like a small version of DV pero pina sosyal... mas konti yung mga establishment pero mas maayos tignan, but the prices at di nagkakalayo sa DV...ok nmn sya..

just have to be careful with your belongings when going out or even inside the mall, take care also when going out of the mall especially walking in crowded areas, dont put your purse at the back of your jeans, dont wear valuable jewelries, just make it simple even shorts and slippers is ok

I arrived at this mall thanks to the crowded but quite reasonable Philippine National Railways diesel railcars that in recent years have arrived from South Korea.
