The 7 hectare zoo took approximately 2 hours to tour. The entrance fee was 500 pesos per person and we opted to hire a tour guide for 400 pesos. It was raining on and off when we went so some of the animals were hiding in the shade. Our guide, Ate Chris, who was a high school teacher working part-time... More

We went to Avilon during the holy week and was happy that it was open on Good Friday as it was a free time for the whole family. Getting there was already satisfying because we have really been planning to go there. We were just so excited as soon as we stepped inside because we didn't know what to expect... More

This place is big and there's a huge variety of animals in this place. They have two giraffes, something that can't be seen in other zoos. They also currently have three white tiger cubs which we get to see playing out in the open. Unfortunately, we were'nt allowed to get to close and touch them. We also saw snakes eating... More

We have visited this place merely a week ago with my hubby and 3yo daughter. It was an enjoyable experience indeed. Although the travel can be tiring since we are from Pasig. Luckily, we have a GPS so we have found our way to Avilon and back. This place is well taken care of.

I'm really not fond of animals in captivity coz it makes me sad that they have to be in small cages or habitats. But since I have a toddler who loves all kinds of animals, visiting zoo have become a routine. I've been to Manila Zoo and Zoobic Safari and I can say that AVILON ZOO is way better even... More

We've been at avilon zoo last october with my husband and 2 boys. I bought a discounted ticket from metrodeal so instead of paying 400/head, we only pay 199. My family is from Cainta so we really dont mind travelling far because we are familiar with the place. Yes, it is quite far with less signage so if you are... More

My family visited Avilon Zoo in Montalban Rizal. I bought vouchers from metrodeal at 200 per person. Kids of 1 year old and above has to pay the same amount. On a regular rate, it will cost you 400 per adult and 300 for kids 1 year and above. Only babies 12 months and below are free of charge. Avilon... More

Avilon is a nice zoo, it's definitely bigger and better than Manila Zoo. When we visited, it's not yet completed. There are lots of animals to look at. Kids will surely enjoy Avilon Zoo. But Be prepared to walk around in the heat, specially when you're roaming around in the afternoon, always carry a bottle of water and umbrella for... More
