There is no public transport to Ocean Park so either take a taxi or walk. Entrance is expensive by local standards but comparable with similar facilities in other countries. An interesting concept is used where your visit starts in freshwater and progresses through coral reef and fishing ground to deep sea in 7 stages. It is interesting to see many... more

I must admit i was excited to discover this place when i was looking for things to do in Manila. I arranged to take my fiancées nephews and there was a general air of excitement as we arrived. A very welcoming entrance just across from Rizal Park. So at 400 php not too expensive for European's however with kids at... more

Not that much to see compared to other aquariums in Asia, the good part is the fish spa in whch the kids will surely enjoy, other than that its just a mere aquarium. Away from major roads, hard to get public transportation more

Considering that the Philippines is surrounded by water, I was surprised that the aquarium was quite small. You could easily see everything in an hour or less. The main reason why I went there was the doctor fish. 120PHP allows you 20 minutes for the doctor fish to nibble on your feet. more

I went to ocean park with families and a bunch of excited kids. The collection of fishes and marine life is good. Big, clear glasses and a center hall to see 2 or more aquarium in one place. The clear tunnel of water is the most striking part but I did wish it was longer than it is. I was... more

Being a lovers of wildlife and keen snorkellers, my wife and I and a friend decided to try out the new Marine Ocean Park (we visited in last quarter 2008). There had been some hype and local Filipino friends had enthused about it. There were crowds queing to get it and not much room to move once having acquired our... more

Ocean Park – At the end of Rizal Park / Luneta is the new Ocean Park development. It is still in its early stages of being a mall / aquarium and apparently eventually there will be a water themed hotel. As of January 2009, nothing was finished and the entire place was under various levels of construction. The Aquarium, the... more

The queue was non existant! The fish were incredible!. We (family of 4) came here for a side trip on our way to Dinosaurs Alive (Which was also fantastic). Enjoyed our time here well worth the money. The fish which are in abundance, were extremely colourful. We saw fish including the rock fish that we had never seen before. We... more

Manila's Ocean Park did not have more than a small queue at the ticket booth at 120 on a Saturday, so the trick may be to arive close to lunchtime (or first thing in the morning: it opens at 0900 on weekends and public holidays and 1000 on weekdays). Admission is P400, with minor discounts for senior citizens and City... more
