The view of this building from the street is quite spectacular, reminiscent of mansions of a bygone era.
Unfortunately that is where the view remains because entry to both the grounds and buildings is not allowed, so you'll have to make do with a mark past along the street.

All you see is the outside.... beautiful in exterior but thats it the exterior. You are not allowed to go in and there is no shade around to sit and admire the building. It feels like you are looking into a prison with all the gates and doors and windows shut.
