Small museum, not very interesting at all. On the bright side, its very quiet, parking is not a problem and is near (walking distance) the cience museum, the islamic arts museum and the Malaysian space agency.

Visited the museum and have to say it is very well presented and maintained and easy to follow. The displays were one of the best I have seen and better than the London tower displays of their military units and far superior to the Scottish and Victorian (Australia) police museums. The officers on duty were friendly and helpful. I would... More

Nice if you're interested in police history. Free entrance. Located a little bit outside the city, you can go to the museum with a touristbus free of chargé.

This was a great museum to distract the kids from the rigours of touring, and the whole family enjoyed it. It looks new and everything is beautifully curated. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. A little off the beaten path (the climb up the hill while holding a toddler is rough!) but they enjoyed it,

We stumbled upon the Police Museum after visiting the Butterfly Park and it was a very pleasant surprise. Beside from the fact it is free entry and has air-con, it was educational in a very visual and interesting way. There are different police uniforms from across the decades, including different colonial uniforms, models of vehicles and a room of weapons... More

what we love about KL is that the more you look the more you find- even without any interest in police history as such this museum captures the history of the country - extremely worthwhile

For a free museum, this was definitely worth our while. My son is enamored by defense personnel, and the vehicles they use. We loved the time machine feel, where you can feel the different periods of time, the way they're recreated. You get to see weapons, vehicles, clothes, and all sorts of police related items.

We were in the Perdana Lake Gardens so thought we would visit the police museum. It was free entry and we found it very interesting. It is very informative regarding police methods and history through the ages. They have a display of different weapons used by police and confiscated from criminals including a selection of hand made weapons. It was... More
