Plenty of shops, open till 10pm. Lots of restaurants line the street. Coloured lights decorate the streets. Not all the action is on the main street, if you look down little alleyways and side streets, you will see lots more. They are currently building an underground train line, which means that the street is partially blocked off.

This is the place to be if you want non stop shopping and eating. All budgets catered for. All taste buds pleased. This is the arab part of KL and the men will stand out the front of their shops and try to lure you in which is quite annoying. The Pavillion Mall is located here as well as Barjiya... More

We were from India and we found this place really useful for shopping. Lot of brands that are found here are not in India. Bukit Bintang is a big collection of shopping malls. If you want to buy mobiles Syang Wong plaza (In Bukit Bintang) is the best choice. Also there are shops to buy beauty products and they offer... More

You can spend all your money here--no problem! We spent hours here strolling through the shops and restaurants. We arrived after Xmas but before Chinese New Year so we heard "Jingle Bells" playing while they were putting up displays for the Year of the Ram (or sheep or goat--whatever). The problem was that we didn't see anything that we couldn't... More

Bukit Bintag is definitely one place that one should come if you are visiting Kuala Lumpur. It has many stores and food joints one would never get bored out of the place that's for sure. Plus Jalan Alur is next door so if you are craving for varieties of food you can definitely hop over to the street food..
