Opposite to KL Bird park, and free to visit, its one of the favorites. If you are a flower and plant lover, you will lose yourself. Appealing and well maintained. :)

The Orchid Park is a small establishment, however it is riddled with fans and beyond the beauty and serenity of the surroundings, you also get a bit of a breeze in certain spots—a very welcome addition for people not used to the equatorial climate of Kuala Lumpur.

I'm qutie a fan of beautiful (and especially colourful) flowers, so I loved my time in the Orchid Park. Entry is free on weekdays (from memory I think it was only a couple of ringett for weekends and public holidays). The park has an amazing collection of colourful orchids in a loop with a small undercover section too for some... More

Right across the road from the KL BIrd park one can see a signposting for the Orchid Park. Much smaller in comparison the the Bird Park, the garden houses quite an large variety of Orchids. The Orchid Park is easily accessible by cab. It has orchids of every hue and innumerable varieties too. They had huge displays of every kind of orchid, bouquets and plants for sale too, all reasonably priced. Unfortunately we couldn't buy any as we were in transit.

The orchid park is a short walk from the bird park, its well-maintained and clean, but quiet small (compared to Singapore Orchid gardens). I wouldn't make a specific trip to the gardens, only go if you happen to be in the area.

We did not see any thing besides a few pots of Orchids around the road. I don't know why but maybe because it was free that day. On Saturday and Sunday it has Enterance Fee.
