School holidays, so we decided to take the kids here (looks really good) checked on the website to see if it was open. Yep no messages or notices online to tell if it was open or closed for the holidays. Even checked their calendar where there is a message saying that if it is closed on public holidays there will... Located in a rather remote place, so it will be hard to find transport back if you don't have a car. Also, there might be an issue when you want to come here. Instead of saying "National Science Center Kuala Lumpur" you should say "Pusat Sains Negara" - correct me if I'm wrong...

This was one my experience as a facilitator as an intern for National Science Center. The place have almost everything to teach young kids and for the adults also. The practical knowledge has been given to evryone who attend to this place & in my point of view it is the best education that can be given to kids as a learning... The National Science Center is a great place to inspire young minds. The center does try to it's hardest to educate and share science with the public. Despite being dated and poor services, the resources and facilities are acceptable. Though they can do better by updating it's contents as technology is never ending and and we are learning new theories... More

We last visited on 17th March 2015 and admission was free. However, the free admission lasted till 19th March 2015 after which, this center will closed on 20th March 2015 indefinitely for its due renovation and upgrade works.

Visited this place for the 1001 Inventions Exhibition. Enjoyed ourselves as a family but felt the space could have been better stocked with more exhibits. The live show was informative and entertaining as well. Should have more F&B options. Loved the kinetic garden.

Located on a hill in Bukit Kiara, opposite the Securities Commission and overlooking the Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club, this building has a green futuristic dome shaped roof. Exhibits here range from the tropical rain forests to pathways to science and discovery and the digital era. Many of the interactive equipment are not in working order. A pity as upkeep and... More

This was our first visit to the center so we had a difficult time to reach it though it is strategically located in the city centre of KL. There were lots of activities for kids to experience but some of them were not working well or closed for maintenance.

Many displays were not working, in fact, there was hardly anything here. The ground floor is now more of a playground with only small sections that were truly 'science-y', and there was only one section open on the 1st floor with everything else EMPTY. This place used to be a lot better. It's more worth it to go to Petrosains... More

The place is worth for money to visit, location is strategic. The whole building is a lot of activity to play and discovery. One thing is when is raining, probably you will feel indoor is raining also...(water leakage in the building :-() Overall my kids is very enjoy for a few hours with playing routine games...
