This is a must when visiting KL. There is something for everyone but make sure you keep your bearings. Very clean and tidy, no rubbish.

A lovely place for a walk although not so easy to navigate, our map from the tourist office didn't seem to match up with what was on the ground and maps within the park were few and far between. A huge playpark for kids in the centre. We also found it a bit tricky to get there, walking from Sentral... More

The Taman Tasik Perdana is composed of various sections - Taman Orkid, Taman Burung, Taman Bunga Raya, Deer Park , Mouse Deer Park and close to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Memorial, Planetarium Negara and Islamic Art Museum....Its a hill covered with trees and beside a small lake...who would realize that beside the busy streets of KL is a place which... Good playgrounds for the kids, attractive tropical flowers and plants, nice walking trails, good for a run too if you're feeling active!

There was little signage and we were confused as to which way to go after being dropped off by the bus. There was nowhere for refreshments and little shade. There was little to see and not much labelling which would have been helpful.

Serene. An evening walk would be fantastic. Lustrous park and neatly maintained. You can walk under the creepers and head towards the small pool. Its mostly for the residents of Kuala Lumpur!

Very nice grounds, garden and area. Just too hot to walk around there. My family and i went there in feb. and the temperature rounded 35 degrees, just sweating, constantly thirsty and not even a small cafe, kiosk or anything like that in sight, it was a tough business. Nothing wrong with the park, just remember to bring at least... More

Surprisingly, the Lake Gardens don't get as many tourists as I would have thought... we have visited this area for more than 14 years, and it has remained tranquil and sweet... we used to take our Golden retriever Peaches for walks, and never did we come across anyone objecting... the Lake Gardens includes the Islamic Arts Museum, the Bird Park,... We went there after visiting the surrounding area and it was just so serene and relaxing. There is even a lake (not sure if it is man-made) in the center. We would have stayed long but there was nobody else there aside from some construction workers so it could quite make you feel vulnerable..Hope they could improve on this by... More
