We did this trip for seeing the city of KL in a short duration. The experience was good with the bus frequency of one every 30 minutes. The duration is just about adequate to visit each landmark comfortably.we could cover most of KL in a day. The facility provides for a free wifi service on board and announces landmarks and... More

The HOHO bus is a good way to see KL because it covers most of the must sees, also they give us deal on tickets to the aquarium. But when we decided to hop on to go back to our hotel at the end of the day, we were told to better off taking the LRT due to heavy traffic.... More

The bus makes a big loop and stops at all the main attractions in KL. It's a great way to see the city (i've heard stories about how frustrating it can be communicating with the taxi drivers). You can purchase the tickets at the stops. It's not necessary to book ahead of time. It runs every 30 mins. The traffic... More

We used this as an alternative to a taxi for a trip to the KL Bird Sanctuary. In hindsight probably not the best idea but the tour part itself is fun. I've never done a hop on/off bus before and this was a city I was so unfamiliar with that I felt visually I got a lot out of it.... More

We took this bus from the Petronas Towers. It covers all the main attractions of the city with the comfort of the air conditioning. The whole circuit takes around 3 hours and is quite enjoyable. The ticket is valid for 24 hours and the operating hours of the bus is from 9am to 7 pm.

These Hop on Hop off double decker buses require tickets which can be purchased online. There are 2 types of tickets - 24 and 48 hours duration. Prices are RM48 and RM79 with discounts for students/children and disabled. These buses allow stops and pick-ups at 23 locations. Expect a 30 minute interval between buses. A nice and convenient way for... More

We took a taxi with another couple and it came out the same in price. We just wanted to see the palace with the changing of the guards (cant get on the grounds,( just like Buckingham), than drove to the famous garden, the towers ( Expensive to go up), the other small tower, and the war memorial, a real must... You will save not only your money but your time in getting around KL via he FREE GO-KL bus. As a blogger, I search about this mode of transportation before the trip. I read some negative reviews that the buses oftentimes are jam-packed with locals. Not in our case, we hop on and hop off 6 different buses and it... More

hop on hop off bus KL was a nice experience, provided us the glimpse of the surroundings of the city. We passed on the entire drop off points without getting out which lasted for 2.5 hours. We went back only to the places which interested us like the petronas tower, chinatown, little india, botanical garden, golden triangle and the shopping... More

I've used these HOHO buses in a few cities and they're a great way to see the rings you want, quickly. You can leave the bus at any point then pick it up again a few minutes later. Really convenient. Most have wifi too.
