The aquarium is big and has many kinds of fishes. From sharks to stingrays and jellyfish. One of the most vivid memory was being able to touch sharks and stingrays.

This aquarium is quite big, lots of big fish, such as the whale shark, giant stingrays, giant crab, etc. It's a must see. Definitely worth to take the trip. It will take about 3-4 hours to complete the tour, but you can be there for longer time as you are amazed with the sea animals.

Great aquarium! The massive crabs are creepy and the whale sharks are cool. You can touch sharks and rays too!

Great attraction in Osaka. We however made the mistake of visiting on a weekend and it is a very popular place for The Japanese to visit. The attraction is a kilometre of walking visiting all kinds of marine life....including my favourite the Whale shark. Very busy with lots of jostling for position.

Badly organized, dirty and too small tanks, virtually no landscaping : it was like looking at dolphins, sharks and penguins swim in a backyard pool. Most of all, Cruel to the animals. it is supposed to be one of the best in the world but it has nothing to the one in Lisbon or even in Genova. Waste of a... More

One of the best aquarium in kansai area, You need to keep around 2 hours spare to finish this place, size is smaller but nice place to kill your hours in good mod. In front of aquarium there is small shopping place you can many lots of things on good price also for Muslims there is one Turkish halal restaurant.

We made wheel chair reservation through hotel staff one day before visit. The wheel chair service is free but needs reservation in advance. Everything was good but the route of wheel chair between each floor is kind of confusing.

The aquarium itself is interesting, with many exhibits, a petting zoo, great staff everywhere to help you out. It's a great time for the kids, informative and educational. The tanks look well cleaned and the creatures look well cared for. BUT The aquarium keeps no less than 2 whale sharks in a tank alongside numerous sharks and deep sea fish.... More

On a hot sunny day the aquarium is perfect to visit, air conditioned and shaded. If you do have young kids, they will enjoy it. While the main tank/attraction had plenty of sea life that was it had nothing else in it to create the affect of an ocean environment. The water was murky hard to see the fish clearly.... More
