There's much better shopping elsewhere in Osaka. We only went in here as we were leaving the aquarium and looking for a place to eat. We went to one sushi place in here and the fish looked so not-fresh that we actually got up to leave before ordering. The food court isn't any better. I ordered Okonomiyaki at one counter... More

Inside Tempozan Village mall is a petting zoo. They have a large group of dogs, yes dogs in a zoo. The dogs are diseased, many elderly and several who have signs of stroke. They seem malnurshied and generally depressed. While visiting the kangaroos a member of my party was kicked in the face and scratched, left bleeding. There is little... More

Nothing much, just a regular food court with some souvenir shop. I went inside because the wind outside is so cold.

Stuck inbetween the Ferris Wheel and the Aquarium you will naturally find yourself here at sometime. It has a good food court, and there is a little maze of very popular Japanese style eateries. The shopping is not good and aimed mainly at the tourist (local and international) who is visiting one of the big attractions. Not worth going here... More

Tempozan Harbour Village is a shopping mall in the same location as the Kaiyukan aquarium and the ferris wheel. There are restaurants and a food court and is a nice place to eat if you are doing the nearby attractions.

We went to Tempozan Harbor Village after reading about it here. When you leave the train station to walk towards THV, you'll find a lot of small japanese cheap restaurants with good food. If you keep to the right at first there is a beautiful park with good views of the large bridge, the seaside and the skyscrapers. As you... More

Just wandering through after the Aquarium we found the Tempozan Harbour Village. Inside are many restaurants including an Australian one!, a Food Museum full of cheap local cuisine, the usual food outlets, shops and the 3rd floor has a great kids area. The place to check out is the Ninja Adventure Maze. It cost around 500JPY each to enter a... More
