not too expensive by japan standards. has a nice cafe that you can get a cup of hot coffee, sit by the window and relax, chit chat. indoors observatory floor.

Typical touristic spot in Sapporo. on top you can have a nice view of the City and surroundings and spend some time tasting local delicious biscuits with white chocolate. One of the most famous picture of Sapporo and JR Tower puppy is a good souvenir for friends children. When we went there there was also an openair restaurant at Tower...
