If you have never visited sky jumping facility, I recommend to visit. It is very scarly but good to experience look down view of jumpers.

It has a museum and ski jump site. The ski lift is nice to sit and appreciate the scenery. Observatory's view is ok, if a bit small. The museum is informative but mostly in Japanese. The interactive games in the museum are fun for the kids, although adults can also be entertained by them too.

Staff are friendly when you ride the lift. However, the place is boring. When you ride the lift and reach the top, just see Sapporo from above then come down again via the lift and there's nothing else to do there.

Didn't end up going up the hill due to on going competition. The observation hill is just 500m walk from the bus station and easily to find. Even we didn't end up heading up the hill, but it is worth a visit to have a look at the ski jump stadium.

The ski lift was a bit scary for an acrophobic like mwa💁🏻 but it was fun and cold and exciting and it was really really high up🌨 we availed a tour from Chuo bus at ESTA mall which gives us a discount on the lift🤑 sugoi👍🏼

Was deciding between either going to Mt Moiwa or Mt Okura for the city views and Okura is definitely cheaper of the two (Y500 vs 1700 for the cable car up to Moiwa) and also has a ski jump. Getting there via public transport requires the Tozai subway to Maruyama Koen station and the JR bus ( no 14). Take... More

It is required to buy tickets to ride the lift toward the Observation Platform at the shop in front of the Ōkurayama Crystal House You can have nice of view of Sapporo town from the Platform. The souvenir shop... More

We ended up catching a cab from the train station as we missed the bus and didn't want to wait around. The chairlift and observation deck gave you great views of the ski jump and back to the city. Our family of two adults and two children enjoyed the Winter Sports Museum with the simulators. Only a small museum with... More
