Amusing show and some talented dancers. Too may dumplings given, would recommend only a few dumplings (savoury) and a few dumplings (sweet) would have been nice plus a savoury rice and chicken and vegetable Chinese dish. Had to buy dessert and coffee. Wine quite expensive. Soup was nondescript not worth the effort of making.

This was an excellent show. The food was the best we had in China. The show was something you would see in Cirque Soleil. I highly recommend seeing it when in Xian.

Having spent a day at the Terracoota Warriors Musem and the Huaqing Palace and Hot Springs, we were recommended to go to see the show. We decided to eat locally before the show so did not eat at the theatre. The seating in the theatre is arranged as dinner show which the audience , certainly in the stalls, sitting around... More

The dinner was ok, but very tourist accommodating not really that authentic but the show was actually very good. Beautiful costumes and unusual instruments with dancing. thoroughly enjoyable and not at all what I had expected. Glad I chose the option to go now.

This was one of the best shows we saw on our six week trip across Asia. The costumes were Hollywood-worthy...I can't say how exquisite they were. Amazing. We were stunned by the costumes. The sets were spectacular and the music was incredible. The dancing brought it all together. The final act was a national award winning lute player....imitating oriels. I... More

What a combination, this show is a must see and do! The meal is optional but do not miss! It was part of the whole experience for us! Another one of our incredible and wonderful experiences in China!

The show was fun and pleasant and is a nice hour to spend in Xi'an. Unfortunately, the "dumpling banquet" was horrible. The dumplings were among the worst I have ever had anywhere and certainly the worst in China. I don't recommend eating here as they are preparing dumplings for hundreds of people and it just leads to terrible food. See... More

The banquet offered us a chance to sample the many varieties of dumplings available and they came non-stop with green tea, soft drinks, beer and rice wine to help them on their way. The show followed at the same venue and was colourfully cultural with introductions in English as well as Mandarin. There are two shows each evening but booking... More

Before the show you can have a dumpling dinner consisting of 17 courses of different dumplings. this was ok if you like dumplings! During the dinner, traditional music is played before the show starts. The show consists of music and dance in the traditional styles. The show was quite entertaining and the costumes were amazing!

A fun and colorful show. Lots of traditional dancing and costumes. Buffet dinner was pretty good also, especially for China as I was not impressed by the food there.
