Guangzhou is the Pearl River. There is no way to visit the city and miss the river. I just took many walks in the sidewalk of the river, and cross it many times by car, but since is beautiful to see water in a huge city I gave a very good review.

Went on the 8pm cruise which was great as the tower and surrounding building were lit up so got some great photos. The cruise takes around 70 minutes. I chose the top deck which was open air and I think this was the best experience as you got a great view. Tea and fruits were included in the ticket price.There... More

Most major cities grow up alongside rivers and Guangzhou is one of them. Instead of taking metro to get around, I decided to walk south many blocks from where I was staying, towards the Pearl river. I passed by many interesting streets full of wonderful restaurants, past dried food businesses that were located all in one area, past a very... More

My husband and I both walked along the River during the day from one end of the city to the next, exploring eateries and attractions along the way and did a sunset river cruise. The 60 minute Pearl River Night Cruise was one of my favorite things to do, especially given the diverse beautify of architecture along the Pearl River,... More

Pearl River is one of the important sights of Guangzhou City.İt is very much polluted, and many tour boats are on the go during day and night with a lot of different programs and activities.Nice to join to any of the tour boats available from different parts of the river for at least a trip which will last about one hour.

Nothing much to say about. Just a river where the locals hang out. River was clean unlike other major cities in Asia.

A boat ride on the Pearl River lasts about an hour. The evening is nice so you can see the Canton Tower as it changes color. Cheaper to buy the tickets online for the boat ride. There is also a lot of night life along the river bank.

A stroll along Pearl River in the morning and/or evening is a good choice. Though there is nothing spectacular about this river, we can the landscape along the river. Certain stretches of this path are planted with beautiful plants and flowers. This path is also a favourite choice of cycling as the path is generally wide and away from main... More
