Lots of malls, shopping, great restaurants, import food markets, etc. You can find anything in Tianhe. But the area is huge, so you need to ask around if you are looking for anything specific.

My least favourite part of the city. Nothing but skyscrapers and overpriced shopping malls. Packed to rafters at most times and equally busy subways and buses. Even the enormous book store is a bit of a let down compared to your average Borders. Lots of overpriced and questionable fast food. I usually skip this area and head up to Ganding...
