it's a major attraction in Guangzhou, could be interesting for western people, but not so for Chinese. There are a lot of history there but i failed to find any fun when i got there.

Plenty of large shade trees and huge collection of bonzai (small stunted) trees.

ornate stone carving in every part of the house/temple. very detailed and containing history of the family chen. best to come with a guide to explain the history and the architecture.

My family and I took a stroll through the Chinese art time machine at this wonderful working craft museum. Ceramics. Weaving and carving are amazing! Chen dynasty is worth a look!!

Arrived at 17:30 and was closing time. Only managed to capture some photos form the outside. Still, the architecture is unique and interesting. Located just outside a metro station with the same name. So, access is easy.

Great carvings, detailed art work, with seeing to see how time stands still and how much we have lost in our buildings now. The bonsai plants all over the place is wonderful

So, it's a lovely place with items that are quite beautiful and it's so cheap to get in that it's worth it. I just hesitate to enter a location owned by a government that repossesses item from their owners and now profits from them. I love China but this is a reminder of good and not so good.
