disclaimer: i didnt go inside to try out the restuarant at the top. As it was foggy The park near the tower offers great views/photo opportunities. It was a pleasing to take a long walk towards this tower through the park. It is fairly safe to walk around alone even at night as there are security patrols. How ever you... More

When I went it was about 600RMB so roughly $100AUS. I recommend going at night because the city lights up and it looks better or consider going on a sunny day without clouds. I went in the morning and sometimes it is quite hard to see because the city is covered with a layer of pollution. There are shops to... More

advice: if it is foggy, you cant see anything up there.there was a long queue and the fares were really expensive about $100 for one person! you also have to wait for 60-90 minutes until you actually got on the lift, it is really worth it when you get up there.

Nice but staff don't speak English which will be a bit challenging if you don't speak the language. Restaurants need to be reserved a head of time and they are a bit expensive.

In china we decided to do tall buildings because i love them. My friend hates hights.. we had fun going on the glass over emptiness, that was really cool. But the most fun were the bubles on top and going around. That was such an experience.

Spectacular views from the top even on a slightly polluted day. Even better is the climb up from 34th floor winding your way around the outside of the Tower.

Great place to visit. The tower is located across the river from the most modern part of Guangzhou (Zhu Jiang Xin Cheng ) We tried the buffet and the Italian restaurants in the tower and let's just say that it's cafeteria food at Joel Robuchon prices....LOL The bubble tram and sky walk was cool if you're fit enough to climb...
