First of all, the good view is subject to the weather -- during our visit in February the haze was pretty severe, detracting from the 360 degree overview of the city. Honestly, and though you would not have the aforementioned 350 degree view, I'd recommend skipping the Tower and going to the 100th floor bar at the Four Seasons on... More

While it was a cloudy day, which is normal for Guangzhou, the view from the tower was outstanding. Recommend afternoon tea in Canton Tower Revolving Restaurant at 238 RMB per person. It opens at 3.00pm and finishes at 5.00pm, so to experience the ambience and the view I suggest you get there for a 3.00 pm start.

Great view of the city. Preferably, go in the late afternoon to watch the sunset and the city lights. The view from 455m it's incredible. There are toys on its top and a 4D cinema. To go there use subway station Chigang Pagoda.

It is good for first time visit! great view of the whole GZ city. It better chose the western restaurant set for sight seeing, coz the price I included the meal and the western restaurant is not so crowed.

Be sure to choose a day with clear skies to get your money's worth. Unfortunately the bubble cars weren't working, but we would have done those if we could. You truly start to comprehend the size of the city from up here, quite phenomenal to see how 14million fit in.

Did not take the bubble car around top buy walked most of the way arond. Country and western music playing which amazed me to hear American songs singing. You could... More

Good architecture, good location, but always too foggy and cloudy to actually see anything... Well maybe I'm just not lucky enough to get a clear sky:(
