A really nice place to visit, from the Massive old brick/stone entrance, the big lake full of Koi / Karp (you know, those really big goldfishy type fish!), the beautifully maintained Gardens, The Sun Yat Sen Memorial and the nearly 700 year ol (From Ming Dynasty times) Zhenhai Tower. lots more too!

A lovely park that is a welcome respite from the hustle and noise of the city. Well maintained paths and roads, easy walking and good views of the city.

Me and my friends went there. The park is huge and many things too see, like the bamboo forest, five-ram yard, sun yatsen monument, small amusement park, and other attractions. Even if is such a big place you can do a long walk, stop to sit and rest while admiring the nature, the environment is very confortable, the air is... More

So Close to Guangzhou by taxi So green and lush we took travel train to 5 ram statue It was a pleasure to see the flowers and the trees so well kept. Long steps to top but worth the walk. I could not believe with the park features and lake with peddle boat so close to city

A great day out spent at the Yuexiu park after I stumbled in from a Visit to the Sun Yat Sun Memorial hall around the corner! Park Entrance lead me up about 498 stairs, I believe, although its know as the 1000 stairs, to the Sun Yat Sen Memorial tower, from there I followed the pathways through beautifully adorned tree... We went as part of our private tour of GZ, and it was nice to take an hour from the concrete jungle tour to see some greenery and understand a little about the folk tale behind the Spirit of Guangzhou.

Gorgeous park, delightful music playing from fake rocks hidden throughout, surprisingly cute ram statue and a cool museum up the hill! If you leave at closing time, beware that side gates close and the only way out is through the very main entrance! Got kinda freaked out in the dark when I couldn't get out - ha!

It is one of the famous spot in Guangzhou. In fact, I have been there at least three times. When you look at the status - five lambs. You should study the story behind. Guangzhou is very crowded city and the Yuexiu mountain will go you a different feeling. In the weekend and the holidays, there will be many people... More
