What an amazing place to visit in winter! Beautiful ice statues, huge Christmas tree with spectacular lighting, little market to buy sashlik, decorated horse carriages, locals strolling around, kids sliding down ice slides, Yenisei river covered with vapour, Genadij the cloud along the embankment... Ah, those Russians know how to make this crazy cold bearable :-)

The whole reason for the visit to this city was the geocache in this square. It didn't dissappoint, a lovely square with benches to rest ones tired feet. I should imagine in winter it would not be so inviting to sit for too long :)
