Loved it!!!

What a charming place to visit. Very stunning inside dating back to the 1500's. Make sure you don't don't talk too loud with the acoustics.

This church combines an impressive exterior - high above street level - with a beautiful and serene interior.

Beautiful and sentimental. Highly meaningful for me and my family. Show respect, and treat this place accordingly, visit, and be amazed.

Not what you expect from a cathedral, it's really just a church, be it a nice one. Unfortunately its surroundings are not so nice, no garden, ugly parking lot and neighbouring buildings. Okay for a quick visit on your way back from the Kremlin.

This is a beautiful cathedral from the outside and the view from the entrance of the city of Kazan is amazing! It's on somewhat of a hilltop and you need to cilmb a few staircases to get to the entrance, so you can see the Volga River and surrounding rooftops by the time you're at the top. Very much recommended!... More

Major church for the city, remember this is a working and living place of worship, a beautiful place of devotion.

I m not a fan of churches. But this one is "cozy" and quiet. Different than the others. But it s nothing special Besides its architecture.

The architecture is uniquely Naryshkin baroque style. Liked the colourful design on its exterior walls and the windows. Inside the church, all the walls are lined with portraits of various Saints and religious leaders in this faith. During a service, the sweet-smelling fumes from candles lit by followers filled the whole place. It was a very interesting experience.

The cathedral is the most unusual out of all Orthodox cathedrals, I have ever seen. The ornament is some kind of floral fretwork which is not quite typical of Orthodox churches. This is the most peculiar detail of the cathedral & gives it a toy look. The atmosphere inside is warm-hearted. To my mind the altar is traditional.
