This scenic look-off gives you a really nice panorama of St. Petersburg, from across the water. Many of the main city sites are there, waiting for your photo opp. Don't believe me? When we were there (for just a 20 minute stop), three different wedding parties stopped by to have their photos taken there, with the lovely background. If the... More

The city of St. Petersburg is huge! It is hard to get a good perspective. The point is a nice easy way to see the Hermitage, Peter and Paul, bridges, etc. Nice walk across the bridge from the Heritage.

Enjoy the Neva River and have a different way to see the city, the Peter and Paul Fortress, the towers of the churches, the colossal winter palace and the both Kronstadt lightcolumns.

This is a great vantage point to get a prospective of the city. It is a city made up of islands connected by some terrifically designed small bridges, a number of which are themselves an artistic dream. Most days you get a great view of the expanse of water with the buildings in the background, a great spot for pictures.... More

This place is a MUST once you are in Saint Petersburg. Unique place that has a great atmosphere and view. Best time to visit it is during White Nights time which is from late May to Early July. Awesome thing is that you dont have to go directly to the attraction site to take great pictures. You can go to... More

This place is one of the first buildings, developed by the Peter the Great. You will have a great view of the Palace, Neva River and the 3 bridges.

We walked here on way back to city centre from Peter & Paul Fortress. Nice views in several directions and garden plus a relaxing place. Free to roam and look.

Unlike other reviewed "attractions" such as Palace Square and Neva Embankments, the Strelka truly is a sight to behold as it has the beautiful "rostr" columns on it and if you were to pick one viewing point of the city, this would be it!
