We went to Pavlovsk Palace as part of the "The Last Romanovs" shore excursion with Royal Caribbean. We had a lovely Russian lunch in the palace's restaurant, and then took a tour of the palace and the grounds. The rooms are breathtaking, and the grounds are lovely as well. In October I visited Pavlovsk Palace just outside St. Petersburg with a group called Russia: Making Connections. It was the most incredible experience I've ever had and a very important trip for anyone interested in Russia art, architecture and history...and I really DID "make connections"!!!
