We visited this place on a pretty cold day in December. I can't say I would recommend the food, but the honey drink called Meed that they sell outside was excellent. Also wanted to take in the Soviet architecture while it was still there. There is a nice botanical garden that is pleasant to visit in the summer, but there... More

Our tour guide told us to go here and to rent bikes since this center is huge! My husband and I rented a double bike (that was fun for a first time experience), and my kids each rented bikes just outside of the exhibit. There is a house that is upside down inside the center, everything has been glued or... More

I went here with a friend on a rainy afternoon in Moscow, but it was still fun! Plenty of photo opportunities, a nice open expanse to walk in, and the section with the fountains and the pavilions is fantastic! A great place to relax and escape the masses of tourists on red square and other famous moscow attractions. a must-see.

We visited in november, it was snowing a bit so all the fountains were off. However the rollercoasters were open as well as restaurants and several fairs so it was definitely worth visiting. The whole area is huge! You can spend whole day here. Also monorail is worth visiting!

Me and a friend decided to go to VDNKH on a sunday afternoon. It's a good place to visit, if the weather is good. There are a lot of interesting pavillons and other sights from the world exhibition / I think everybody can find something for his own taste ;) It was a pitty that there were a lot of... More

No wonder the park is so huge, each building is a giant architecture by itself. If I have the chance to visit again I'd love to cycle around to admire the artistic architecture of a Russia.

Reachable, without change, by metro from Китай город station, in central Moscow, behind GUM department store. This is challenging if you have no knowledge of Cyrillic, yet with some hand gestures and counting of the stations it would be quite easy. Anyone with an interest in the USSR has to visit here. you're greeted with a large statue of Lenin,... More

This is a massive park where real Russian come and take their children to walk/skate/roller blade. You can hire different kinds of bikes to ride around the park on. There are also lots of little food outlets. There are lots of beautiful buildings some of which are being renovated. There is also some wonderful fountains which are switched off by... More

This park has amazing buildings and fountains. You can easily walk around for a couple of hours. The terrace near the second fountain on the right side is very quiet and has a lot of different little restaurants.
