The pictures speak louder than words on this one. A great place for a view of Moscow City. Take a tripod and your camera after hours for stunning pictures!

Amazing wild park with ski lift and some as wild as it can be in the park :D paths - nice hilly terrain and just beautiful. And the best metro station under the bridge - don't miss it !

It is under construction but you can still see the whole Moscow. Best free view on the city. Great in the evening with all the city lights. Don't buy food in the nearby spots, not tasty and fresh, but tea and coffee are ok. In summer the place is full of bikes and tuned cars (especially at nights).

This place breathes, you're not squeezed, there's so much space there. The huge and tall building of the Moscow State University from one side, the park around it and the balcony you may watch the most of Moscow - from the other! Amazing! The Russian Orthodox Church white and green at the left side. Enjoy!

A great place to get a panoramic view of the city. It was both fortunate & unfortunate that by the time we got to Sparrow Hills it was twilight but we stayed on and got to see the city lights. Throngs of people during the weekends just milling around. Motorcycle groups find Sparrow Hills a perfect spot to chill and... More

We got off at vorobevy gory metro station and it washard to find the observation deck because there are no clear signs. Once you get off the metro you need to walk up the hill above the bridge and then past the sports center. Moreover it was already dark (around 8pm) and a bit scary as there were very lamps.... More

On of the many observation decks in Moscow. Great view across the city, the river. You can find here some sports objects like trampoline. There are a lot of things happening all the time, some biker club meetings, lots of people walking there, you can see Moscow State University from there. Nice place to take photos, even professional ones.

and turn around to see the impressive Moscow State University on the other side of Sparrow Hill. Our Trans-Siberian Railroad National Geographic tour took us many places all over Russia. But some of these quieter moments, overlooking rivers, impressive universities, students kissing on the benches near the beautiful fountains were some of the best. Worth a visit. Late afternoon sun... More

This vantage point, the highest in the city, gives fabulous views in every conceivable direction. It represented a stop on our city bus tour, and I don't know how it could be accessed any other way, apart from taxi. The full span of the Moskva River can be appreciated, along with the entire Kremlin and its walls; also the Olympic... More

One of the high spots where you could see the city. Also you could find one of the oldest University in Russia - Moscow Government University by Lomonosov and also this building very good example of "Russian art-deco" architecture style (Stalin`s style).
