With a 12 hour layover in Moscow, we felt it was a great chance to catch the highlights of the city instead of the inside of an airport bar. Bridge to Moscow was able to arrange a visa invitation letter for us and connect us with a wonderful local, Maria, who walked us around the city, the beautiful subway stops,... More

From the first correspondence with Alena to the last day of our 4 day tour with Oksana, everything was OUTSTANDING! Alena was prompt with every email, detail and scheduling. Oksana spoke wonderful English, knew so very many interesting facts and little know information that kept us continually entertained, educated and interested! We have had many tour guides in many countries... More

Thanks to Alena with Bridge to Moscow, we were able to make the best of our layover in Moscow. Natalia our guide met us at the airport and we took the train into Moscow. It was a wonderful experience and even though the weather was very cold, Natalia made it enjoyable and interesting. What a great company to deal with!Congratulations.... More

We wanted to make a pilgrimage to the country estate of one of Russia's greatest writers, Anton P. Chekhov, at Melikhovo, an hour and a half's drive south of Moscow. Bridge to Moscow replied to my enquiry promptly with all the information we needed. Our guide, Michael, collected us at our hotel and drove us in his car, giving us... More

They did exactly what we had hoped for. I can't remember our guides name, I believe she was the owner, and she was all around wonderful - kind, knowledgeable, and a good sense of humor, and most importantly, very aware of the time the entire duration of our layover tour. Thats what we really worry about, is making the moscow... More

We visited Moscow from 5-8 November 2015 and were happy to have had Katerina's company throughout. She was always prompt with her replies and pick up time, and struck us as a very bubbly guide. Katerina took the initiative to engage great site-specific guides, such as Oxana from the Bolshoi Theatre and Alexander from the Memorial Synagogue, whose sharings we... More

I thought overall there handling of our arrangements were very good by current Russian standards. They were especially and uniquely helpful in our interest in Jewish sites. The guide the first day was Mikhail Kazbekov. He was just incredible and was as good as a guide as I have ever had. he was knowledgeable, so accommodating, helpful, honest, friendly, etc.... More

Dear Grateful Dave, Thank you for your feedback. It is very important for us. We are glad that you enjoyed the tour with Mikhail. At the same time it is sad to hear that you did not have the same experience with your other guide Maria. We have been working with Maria for about 2 years and mainly had good... More

Staying in Presnensky

Neighborhood Profile
Presnensky
The neighborhood is divided into two major halves by Krasnaya Presnya street: the southern part highlights Moscow city – businesses contained in skyscrapers along with the White House - where the Russian government works. The north is a bit more relaxed and casual, visitors here will find the Moscow zoo, National Centre for Contemporary Arts and a number of fine restaurants. The beautiful neo-gothic Cathedral of the Roman Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is usually packed with the events such as organ music concerts.
