Got the chance to visit the university because it is a TOURIST SITE and the largest in Iloilo and it so beautiful and clean. One of the oldest University in Iloilo City, located in Jaro, about 15 minutes travel to the heart of the city. Well-known for good standard of education. The campus is quite big, and there's ample parking space for those who use their own private cars. Lots of food shops, and what's really good in here is the great contribution of... More

Spacious university grounds, plenty of greens, the palm trees..there are still several original buildings eating to the American period. I like them because of their sensitive design adapted to tropical Iloilo

I got the opportunity to glimpse the campus when my friend who was studying here went for their screening for swimming. The place was Spacious and Quiet.

I can hardly recognize the changes. Love them but the place seemed cold and not as friendly as when I was studying there in the early 70s.

CPU is a nice university. Place where you can stroll. It is also quiet. It has a baptist church inside that hold 3 services every Sunday.

This is not your typical huge American University but they place is quite beautiful and everything seems to be in place. It reminds me of Dumaguete's Silliman University although Silliman is so much larger. We were here for a workshop and we stayed at the campus for a couple of days. We enjoyed our stay at the Gonzaga Mansion scaring... More
