I'm living 5km from this mall. And it's really good place to shop coz the prices are affordable. And they have 50percent sale every month. But the things that make the mall bad are the slow cashers. One time while I was having a last-minute shopping and bought a pair shoes, the line was really long way through the counter... More

Their staff in the ladies's section may not know what they're doing. My family shopped here once and found out that sales ladies are just standing there watching us shop but couldn't answer our questions in well-mannered way. Somewhat snobbish and even have to refer us to another sales lady for answers. My family had a complaint about the item... More

I have retired in the Philippines and live quite close this store. I have found that the staff just cannot be bothered. You ask for items you cannot find and the answer most often is" sorry sir no stocks". You often find the item close by. The staff do not appear to be aware of what they sell and are... More

This was a 4 story mall in middle of a residential area. They had everything from fod to phones to arcade, to a fully stocked grocery store there. The locals were not friendly there to foreigners, but their selection more than made up for that short coming. If souvineer is what you are looking for at a good , no,... More

This is definitely worth a visit. Good hairdressers and massages. Fantastic department store. Levis Jeans and Jag also. So cheap. The best ever Mexican restaurant called Moon ran by an Aussie. Amazing prawns. We went back the next night for dinner as it was sooo good. Service is excellent. I had a leg massage on the third floor near to... More

I do knot understand the Filipino. They all must have hearing problems because the music is so loud that I had to leave as quickly as possible. Rude people pushing, cashiers never have change and even if they speak English, they do not understand

We stayed at Movenpick in Lapu Lapu which offered mediocre services in general. We were looking at some nice island hopping nearby and found this guy, Raul Barrientos, who hangs outside the hotel. He sold us a nice island hopping day for PHP 3,500 for two which included the boat ride, snorkeling equipment and drinks (soft and beers). We visited... More

The Gaisano Mall in Mactan is not so big compare to the Gaisano in Basak, but the prices are very affordable. Quality is ok as long as you really know how to pick what stuff to buy. It is also near to some hotels like Ace Pension House and Bellavista Hotel. Public transportation is great, you don't need to ride... More

Quite old but functional inside, this is far from the largest or the best mall in Philipines. Nonetheless I had a pleasant meal at a fast food place. It met my needs.
