For any visitor to the Philippines you must visit Colon Street if in Cebu. A little dirty and plenty of people. Experience the real Philippines by going to the market, the small shops on the streets for bargains and very friendly people. More

This is the place you would only go to get something fixed....low budget places and busy with pollution....don't really bother buying something of value here--i'd be afraid of getting ripped off. Probably fine to repair a watch...or something electrical. More

As a foreigner, it is best not to go there alone. Keep your valuables secure. Other than that you can get almost anything of lesser quality cheap. More
