You will pay P30 as far as I can remember for the entrance fee. Well, I think it's quite worth it as your camera's memory might not be enough for all the artifacts saved in each room. I think there were more or less 10 rooms that you can enter. I liked the room where you would see all the... More

There's really a lot to see and read in this museum. No matter if it's about the permanant collection or the temporary exhibits. But if you want to take your time because there's so much to see and to read, you will note that the aircon is working too hard. So better be prepared. ;-) More

I enjoyed visiting the Sugbo museum which is housed in the old prison of City city. The narrator took us round at no charge and was rather interested in what I thought of each exhibit. He would talk about what was in each exhibit then follow with "and what do you think?". This resulted in a 1 hour conversation after... More

An insight into the history of the Philippines in general and of Cebu in particular. A particularly interesting section about WW2. Not to be missed! More

Visited this place during that Gabii sa Kabilin museum tour that the Aboitiz Foundation organizes. It's quite small, but very well maintained. It's housed in the old city jail and it provides a very intresting insight into Cebu's rich past. The only drawback is its size, but it's just an expansion away from becoming a world class museum. It's certainly... More

I cannot remember the last time I went to a museum, but going here was an enjoyable experience. The guide was very friendly and kind in explaining to us all the available displays. We took an hour or so to cover the entire museum but It was a great learning experience. More
