Great view from the City, the sea and the adjacent Islands. We went there at around 4 p.m. and wanted to see the sunset. One can buy some drinks up there, some small stalls up there. As we read that one has probably Problems getting back, we hired a taxi for both ways. He waited for us for 1 hour.... More

What's the old saying? On a clear day you can see forever? Well its almost like this from Tops on a good day. Great views over the city and if its really clear, even further. One side benefit is that its a bit cooler up there, so on a hot day its nice to get some cool relief. Worth the... More

Tops is one of the things that everyone visiting Cebu should experience. The ride up there is an adventure itself, and the views from the top are breathtaking. On a clear day you can see all of Cebu City and many of the neighboring islands. It is beautiful and well worth the trip.

I like this place because it is cold and very peaceful, if you are hungry you can buy food like budoy chicken, it was cold and we saw fireworks and we saw whole city of Cebu, it was nice view.I will bring my friends here sometimes.

If you can figure how to get to this fantastic overlook its worth the trip. The 100P entrance fee is well worth the view once you enter the yard. The former governor of Cebu's house is located just below the lookout wall and he is the one who purchased the lookout property way back when.

Tops is always a great place to view Cebu City. But everything up there is only view, no other activities. I suggest Tops management to come up with fun activities for kids especially or adults, maybe simple Filipino games to get to know Cebu and the like. Also, it would be great if there would be a cable car to... More

A bit far by taxi (and a bit pricey by taxi, i think we paid 1500php from our location at our hotel near the ayala centre to this attraction plus the taoist temple). Great overlook of metro cebu and great photo opportunities. THere is a small admission fee at the top of about 100php per head

I'd say this is worth a trip and after all there isn't much else to see in Cebu tourism wise...it is likely to feature on any tour a cab driver or hotel will try to sell you. You get what you expect: a nice view of Cebu city from the mountains, down across the city, towards Mactan Island (where the... More
