The place is amazing, especially during night time because you see the beauty of the city. The only thing I hate is fewer store and no maintenance on the cleanliness of the place

All tourist must go and see the whole city of Cebu, definitely worth the drive. Along the way, there's very nice restaurant you can stop and grab something to eat. Very nice view!!!

It's a lookout. Great view. Hard to get to as there are very steep grades and taxidrivers burn out the clutch because they will not rev the engine ln low gear. One driver asked my wife and I to get out and walk up the hill. My response...."F%^&K that for a bad idea!" (how can u drive a taxi for... More

We paid a late evening visit to The Tops, it was well worth the taxi ride up the twisty road. It is very important to ask your driver to wait for you as there were several people stuck up there. Presumably taxi drivers will not make the long drive up the mountain on the off-chance of getting a fare. Walking... More

There are quite a number of transportation modes to get to this place but what we experienced is riding the habal habal (motorcycle). The place is atop Mt. Busay and as you are ascending and descending to get to this place while riding a motorcycle, it feels like you're in a rollercoaster ride. You can say that the ride itself... More

It was as I expected -- a relatively unencumbered vista of the city. Despite the particularly scorching hot afternoon, the air was rather cool. A family was hogging the telescope, so I didn't get to use that -- no biggie though. Would've loved to stay for the sunset, but we had other places to go. Will definitely visit again if... More

Awesome views and heaps to see and do on the drive to the tops. With more than enough facilities there and on the way/way back.

The views are really nice but it takes a long time to get up there and the streets are often steep and bumpy. We paid a taxi driver to take us to multiple stops in the city and he mentioned how nice tops is and that usually drivers want 2,000 pesos to get up there. Well, I wouldn't pay 2,000... More
