The spanish structure gives you a very romantic feeling. It is very well done, very elegant. Overlooking from the tops in a spacious and open air gives you the feeling of being free and you are on top of the world. More

Tips is an absolute must. You get a wonderful view of the city. I will say this. It is not easy to get to. It's about a 30-45 minute ride outside of the city. You might be able to take a couple of Jeepney's I hired a car for the day and saw several sites. if you take a taxi... More

okay.. so we went at this place..... they called it tops.. and you will really feel that your in top of the world.. you can see the whole city of cebu..it so romantic.. it's just that the entrance fee is too expensive (100.00/person) because you have to travel very far from the city to this place.. but anyways... i enjoyed... Well its the best view of Cebu for sure, twisty roads going up but well worth the ride, some really nice scenery, quite expensive entry fee to say what it is, but its still a nice 30 mins or so. More
