I live in Bel Air Village, just 200 metres from the Power Plant Mall. And what a blessing it is to be so close to a place with a newly refurbished Rustan's store (terrific deli), movie houses, a well stocked and efficiently run book shop, lots of restaurants and most of the major clothing brands, plus a Mac dealership and... I have lived in Manila and have been back for visits--I lived at Rockwell and spent a lot of time at Power Plant Mall- the restaurants, cafes, book stores, luxury items and cinema. Sparkling clean, friendly staff and great layout--and a Starbucks where you can sit out and enjoy the tropical air. An oasis in the often chaotic, but vibrant... More

If you want to relax and enjoy this would be the best place for you. You can relax at their cinema and you can enjoy shopping because you can find a lot of signature brands here from bags, watches to clothes. You can also dine at best restaurants inside the mall.

This is my favorite mall period. What can I say the place is clean and always in attractive what ever the events the whole year are. Most of all, its not crowded and there is a nice crowd of people. The restaurants always looked clean. And the signature shops... well they are just there to cater my needs if ever... More

The Power Plant Mall in Rockwell is a lovely smaller mall located in Manila. Around Christmas time we found this mall not as crowded and chaotic as Greenbelt so more pleasant to move around. They have lovely Christmas Displays and the ground floor restaurant options are very good. We loved dining at Wooden Spoon (Filipino Food) and Wild Ginger (Thai... More

The Power Plant Mall or Rockwell is conveniently located away from the crowd and traffic. It has a more relaxed atmosphere compared to the bigger shopping malls. You can meet friends and relatives here, dine in one of the restaurants or fastfood, watch a movie, do a quick shopping at the department stores or supermarket, or simply enjoy listening to... More

It is very nice to visit this mall during the christmas season. There are a wide range of choices for shopping and it is also less crowded. The mall is also neat and the air inside smells nice. However, they need to upgrade their lighting because it's kinda dim inside.

Power Plant Mall is a cozy shopping centre that has a lot of branded stores and special boutiques as well as quirky smaller stalls that would satisfy fashionistas. There are also a wide choice of good restaurants within the mall as well specialty eateries located in the joya and 1 Rockwell building a few feet away from the mall. The... More
