Just as good, if not better than any New York Broadway Show!! It was fantastic!! The actors were very very good. The theater was small but you could see and hear from anywhere in the house. And then if your lucky, you can go across the street to Swabeys, another fantastic place for food and drink, and meet the actors... More

The auburn public theater is the center of cultural activity and the downtown revival in auburn, ny. It's an eclectic place with two stages, a movie theater and classes. There is some kind of show there just about every night from music to comedy to drama to musical theater and movies. Go. You won't regret it.

I have been to a few shows here and had a good time at all of them. The shows were very well done even with a limited amount of space and scenery. There isn't a bad seat in the house. It is a small theater and you can hear very well. You are up close and personal.

I came into Auburn for a family funeral and stayed longer than I expected. I was told to go down to the Auburn Public Theater and experience one of the hot spots of a growing rebirth of down town Auburn. They were right. I was there for a Tuesday night dedication ceremony for new music equipment and that was followed... More

Small venue but great place! Interesting films that you wouldn't be able to see at the big chain theaters and great, intimate place to attend stand-up performances too.

I just say the premier of Neurosis--the Musical. The play was hysterical. The theater was intimate. The whole experience was great.

This theater is a great place to see a live show. The seating is very comfortable, much better than average. The theater is of a modest size so you can see and hear very well from anywhere. Both times we've been there the shows were very good, professional productions. Across the entry corridor from the main theater is a large... More
