A good lunch place in the Mt. Palay Palay area

We always go birdwatching in Mt. Palay Palay, Ternate but since Caylabne resort was closed for renovations, the other choice left was Puerto Azul, not to stay overnight but to... read more

We came to the place a bit late so we only enjoyed an hour or two of swimming, but it was amazing since only few have stayed and the place closes at 6 pm. They serve food and drinks.

We always go birdwatching in Mt. Palay Palay, Ternate but since Caylabne resort was closed for renovations, the other choice left was Puerto Azul, not to stay overnight but to have lunch. The Puerto Azul Resort is set way inside from the main road (Governor's Drive) and you will be asked to leave an ID with the security guard at... More

Very far from the Metro, and I think it was not the worth the trip. Don't get me wrong, the place was okay, but it was not really maintained. The beach was great, but the facilities fell short. Sayang, a little bit of renovation and promotion can get this place running again. Also, trash bins are not enough and made... More

Are you looking for a resort that's near Manila, has a beach and pool, is not crowded and allows you to bring in and cook your own food, then head over to the Puero Azul Beach Resort in Cavite. I will not lie -- the clubhouse and facilities are old and you cannot expect world-class service. But, you see, I... More

This is a very old property in dire need of a renovation. It was really nice but has fallen on bad times. Go elsewhere...

After driving two hours to get there, and paying 300 PHP per person just to get on the property, what we found was a run down resort, For example, the public restrooms were in terrible disrepair and didn't even have any toilet paper or hand towels! We were going to eat in one of the restaurants until we found out... More

It has been more than 5 years when I last visited the place ( i just said I've been here last 2011 so I could put my review about the place here) and oh boy, i don't think I'll ever come back, not until they work on the road going there. Too steep and not a good place to visit... More

Because of its wonderful view and facilities, Puerto Azul should be known by Filipinos as well as the tourists. This is one of the greatest summer hotspots of the Philippines.
