I did not conduct a PH analysis or endeavour to drink the water, but to this layman's eyes, Lake Taal appeared to be not far from crystal clear. I hired a boat for P1500 return which was hardly bargain basement, but an amount that stopped me from further requests or demands for more pesos. The language difficulty with my boatmen... more
