small yet clean park. flowers and plants are limited. there are some wood crafts and some birds too. some picture-taking and that's it.
Penagbenga Park is still pretty pleasant and well-maintained, but it doesn't offer as many attractions as the other parks in the City. I suggest going to Burham Park for bike and boat rides or Minesview Park for a better view of the surrounding mountains instead.
Panagbenga Park is located by the end of Military Cut Off. Normally you'd just pass by it because there is no parking space to begin with.
