We were in Trujillo this week on business. We had a few hours so decided to visit some of the ruins. We had no previous knowledge of them. I am glad that we went. My wife and I toured the archaeological site at Chan Chan this past summer and were truly amazed. The site was fascinating for its artistry, size and history, and also for its (relative) obscurity.
